We offer more than just a job—this is an opportunity to grow your career, be recognized for your hard work, and thrive in a supportive and collaborative office environment.</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal">You'll play a critical role in test planning, execution, coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensuring every release meets the high bar our educators expect.</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal">Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Designing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies with a focus on teacher and student workflows across Chrome, web, and real-time messaging surfaces.</li> <li>Actively participating in Agile Scrum ceremonies, story definitions, and sprint planning alongside product and engineering teams.</li> <li>Developing test scenarios from Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria, paying particular attention to multi-device, multi-student edge cases that mirror real classroom conditions.</li> <li>Identifying, reproducing, and documenting defects with exceptional precision and detail; collaborating with developers and stakeholders for timely resolution.</li> <li>Managing UAT environments, triaging issues, and ensuring optimal test coverage across supported platforms (ChromeOS, Windows, Mac) and varying network configurations typical of school environments.</li> <li>Maintaining and updating the defect backlog using JIRA.</li> <li>Coordinating UAT test efforts with internal teams, customers, and external partners, including gathering feedback from educators and district IT administrators.</li> <li>Producing test metrics and delivering detailed reports to drive improvements.</li> <li>Supporting production releases and managing the escalation process during support events.</li> <li>Validating real-time features such as screen monitoring, screen sharing, device lock, link pushing, and messaging to ensure reliability under realistic classroom-scale conditions.</li> </ul> <p class="x_MsoNormal">NOTE:</p> <ul> <li>This is a hybrid position and several days each week will be required onsite at our Austin, Texas headquarters.</li> <li>Sponsorship is not available for this position.</li> </ul> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal">To excel as a QA Engineer on our team, you should ha
