About the role
As a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer, you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining complex web applications. You will utilize your deep knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies, including MVC, Blazor WASM, or Blazor Server, to build scalable and high-performance applications. This role involves collaborating with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of software projects.

- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
- Back-End: Develop robust server-side logic with MVC, Web API, ensuring efficient data processing and storage using SQL Server.
- Front-End: Build responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Blazor, MudBlazor.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices in software development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including performance bottlenecks and bugs.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and implement improvements as needed.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with a focus on .NET technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, and C#.
- Strong experience with SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and management.
- Expertise in MVC architecture and front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Blazor, and Blazor WebAssembly or Blazor Server.
- Experience with MAUI for cross-platform mobile development is a plus.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
