Role Overview:
Latino Market Field Directors are responsible for the execution of programs aimed at growing the Company's market share within the Latino market segments. Field Directors will work collaboratively with their counterparts to facilitate the company's expansion in the Latino community, working within a team of dedicated professionals (remote resources), to execute programs / processes that target and grow our position within key market segments.
** This role will primarily support the Northeast / Pacific and West Central Zone offices, and the ideal candidate location is within the Northeast / Pacific or West Central Zone. **
What You’ll Do:
- Center of Influence development: Identify and engage local / regional CI’s
- Help develop strategic Points of Access with regional and national organizations
- General Office Training: with a focus on NYL’s Protection First Holistic Advice and Guidance processes as well as other NYL platforms, and supporting tools
- Assist in facilitating strategic connectivity with other Field Resource Teams.
- Webinars: Organize and host regular webinars focused on driving productivity
- Sourcing Mentors: Support the Agent Mentor Program by identifying potential mentors and encouraging engagement by Field Managers
- Financial Education: Support Financial Education Workshop strategies by acting as instructor in Financial Education seminars
- Work with Field management teams and agents in key General Offices to identify and develop strong relationships within their communities, cultivate growth opportunities.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Required licenses: Life, Health, Series 6 and 63
- Requires thorough knowledge of Life Insurance sales and recruiting/sales management systems, specifically of the career agency model.
- Individual must have a thorough understanding of the marketing, prospecting, and recruiting techniques necessary to penetrate / grow market segments.
