What Can You Expect?

As a Senior Program Leader, you will have the opportunity to:

• Scaling Technology Shared Services
•  Lead rapid expansion of the Global Business Center (GBC) Zurich Digital Centers, ensuring seamless scale-up of technology shared services (IT, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Automation, Cybersecurity).  
• Design and execute scaling strategies —increase headcount, optimize processes, enhance service delivery, and expand capabilities.  
• Drive automation & AI adoption (RPA, GenAI, predictive analytics) to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.  
• Implement global best practices in service delivery, ensuring cost efficiency, speed, and quality at scale.  
• Standardize and industrialize technology shared services to support 2X-3X growth without compromising quality.  
• Strategy planning and drive the execution of strategic initiatives 

• • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects and ensure successful outcomes.
  • At the forefront of the innovation and insurtech practices, conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making.

• Provide thought leadership and guidance on industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Stakeholder & Growth Leadership 
• Partner with global CIOs, Country CIOs, and business leaders to align scaling strategies with enterprise goals.  
• Drive adoption of shared services across business units—expand service offerings and ensure high utilization.  
• Lead change management to ensure smooth transitions during rapid scaling phases.  
• Talent & Capability Building 
• Talent scaling strategies (hiring, upskilling, leadership pipeline).  
• Scale high-performing teams—oversee strategic hiring, upskilling, and leadership development.  
• Build a future-ready workforce—focus on emerging tech skills (AI, Cloud, Automation, Data Science).  
• Foster an innovation culture—encourage continuous improvement, hackathons, and automation challenges.
