Job Description Summary:
Advance the achievement of the company’s business objectives by creating and executing Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) Executive/Leadership communications to employees, franchise bottling partners, and external audiences including financial analysts, customers, industry trade groups, stakeholders and community organizations. Write executive internal communications, speeches, scripts, broadcast emails and other messages with high level of proficiency. Counsel and influence leaders and colleagues, and create/execute communication strategies, message platforms across a variety of communication channels including: live meetings, town halls, events, presentations, webcasts, on-line broadcast emails, print, video and audio productions. Ensure executive/leadership communications inform, inspire, and engage associates to deliver the company’s business plan and drive growth.
- Create and execute CCNA executive/leadership communications to employees, franchise bottling partners and external audiences through speeches, slide presentations, emails, videos and other channels to inform, inspire and engage associates and external audiences.
- Develop and track metrics in achieving communication and engagement results; build an understanding of executive voice, needs and expectations in order to deliver high quality communication and production results; work in independent manner to produce and gain approval for materials; and coordinate work efforts with others to ensure completion of work.
- Establish relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and work effectively with cross functional partners in order to achieve results. Work effectively with external partners including agencies, customers, bottlers, industry, community leaders, and suppliers in order to create and execute high quality communications.
- Manage and provide executive message platform, creative development, production and execution of major CCNA meetings and events.
- Formulate project plans and strategies for executives to satisfy internal client or external stakeholder requirements.
- Advise and consult leadership on communications options to achieve goals. Work in an independent manner with autonomy for decision making.
- Evaluate effectiveness of current and new communication tools and channels or processes by seeking feedback, analyzing metrics, modifying solutions, tracking results, and reviewing impact on baseline measurements.
- Manage projects against budgets and financial objectives.
- Coordinate work efforts with others to ensure integration and completion of work. Build relationships with peers and leadership to exchange feedback, identify and solve issues, assess needs and achieve results.
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience Required: 10+ Years
Required Skills: Advanced, superior and specialized writing skills, messaging development, manage leadership voice, event/ town hall management, counseling and influencing senior executives, project management, social media and digital skills, strong video, graphic design and photo direction experience, some PR and media background helpful; knowledge of the business

Pay Range:
$172,200 - $200,600Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
