About the role
This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Total hours: 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
- Tuesdays - Saturdays
- 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Apopka, FL time (or 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM Manila time)

With an impressive in-house staff covering daytime hours, they need an exceptional virtual dispatcher to coordinate their team of on-call technicians handling after hours emergencies. You will be the friendly voice on the phone for customers needing urgent contracting services during evening and weekend hours. As a virtual dispatcher, you'll create work orders, dispatch technicians, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assess situation
- Create work orders with details of job
- Use system to dispatch appropriate technician
- customer updates and manage expectations
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Clear communication and customer service skills
- Experience with work order systems preferred
- General knowledge of contracting services helpful
- Reliability working evenings and/or weekends
- Dedication to on-time dispatch and follow-up
