Summary
The Administrator - TP Accounting position is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting of Revenue and Cost of the Transportation Business. This position must acquire understanding of TP Business and work collaboratively with Operations Team to provide meaningful analysis of P&L.
Responsibilities
• Special Moves Month End Closing & Profitability Analysis
◦ Overseeing the Transportation GL Accounts for Special Moves Tesla, Lucid, GCI, and Exports biz segments
◦ Responsible for guiding the completion of Revenue and Cost Accruals
◦ Responsible for meeting closing deadline and explaining Monthly Results
◦ Must acquire understanding of TP Business and work collaboratively with VL Team to provide meaningful analysis of P&L
◦ Responsible for calculating Earned Revenue in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
◦ Summarize Monthly Financial Results and guide other Analysts in further investigating results
• Oversee Billing Enhancement Projects related to Non-Standard Accounts
◦ Support 1 Senior Analyst on Non-Standard Accounts: FSC, Claims, Rail Storage, and Port Stock Transfer
◦ Meet weekly with Operations teams to go over Outstanding items: updates on Billing system enhancement or any open work orders, also unbilled Revenue and Cost
• Glovis Korea Reports & Aging
◦ Handle all GKR Reports on behalf of TP Accounting team
▪ Translate reports from Korean to English and vice versa
◦ Translate Korean Reports to English for the TP Accounting team, and the English response to Korean
◦ Have a good understanding of TP Accounting Revenue aging, and work with the team on a weekly basis to get updates or investigate any issues
◦ Set up weekly meetings with Operation's team to get updates on aging, similarly with Vehicle logistics team
• Red Folder or Business Plan and Ad Hoc Analysis
◦ Red Folder Scenario Analysis or Contract review and Feasibility analysis
◦ Review Operation Department’s annual Business Plan
▪ This would require an in-depth analysis of comparing the Business Plan to the Actuals for the current year and the year prior
◦ Create written and visual explanations for financial presentation using Excel and PPT
• Audit - CPA, Customer, or GKR
◦ Investigate and provide the transactions requested by auditors
◦ Justify company billing completion based on the term to defend the revenue and profit loss from the change
◦ Based on guidance from Local CPA and GKR, Financial Statements must be revisited and updated
Compensation Range
$68,000 - $74,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree Required
