Global Threat Analyst, Business Actions and Risk, GSRS

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience leading security intelligence and risk mitigation strategies.
  
• 2 years of experience analyzing and interpreting data, preparing intelligence and risk analysis, and solving problems impacting threats, vulnerabilities, or risks to the company.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in advanced open source research, investigations, and security risk analysis.
• 5 years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams and external counterparts to support leaders and build sustainable global programs.
• Experience in leading and influencing stakeholders without direct authority or organizational familiarity.
  
• Experience with envisioning, coordinating, and scoping complex projects or analysis from start to finish.
• Ability to convey complex analytical findings in clear, concise written/verbal formats, tailoring communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent teamwork and dependability, including effective cross-team collaboration.

In this role, you will join the Business Actions and Risk team, which is a creative team of analysts who provide forward-looking assessments to a wide range of Google decision-makers and leaders across Alphabet’s product areas. You will apply well-honed judgment, security acumen, and open-source research skills to conduct strategic risk assessments, intelligence briefings, and manage vendor performance. This role requires you to have people management skills to build trust across teams, informing your analysis and positioning you as a key partner for security risk insight. You thrive in a dynamic environment with engaging priorities, and are committed to personal and professional growth.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$146,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
