Healthcare Operations Manager

DaVita has an open position for a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) who must be an ambitious, operationally-focused and results-driven leader. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health care experience is not required!

This role is very much like an Owner Operator, it's your clinic and we KNOW you can make it amazing! There's a ton of autonomy in your work, and how you lead your team... while DaVita also provides you with consistency, transparency, and the resources you need to be successful.

This role is a combination of Team Leadership: coaching, mentoring, teaching, removing roadblocks, and pouring into your team to help them grow! Operational Excellence: you'll lead the Operation, including the budget, the P&L, staffing, inventory, etc. Community Support: you'll continue pouring into the communities that your clinic serves.

• Financial Management. Manage complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.

• Associates degree preferred, unless required by state or local laws; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
