Profile Summary: 

In the Marketing Specialist, Benefitfocus position, you will support Voya’s Benefitfocus business unit by creating marketing materials and implementing sales and marketing objectives. Additionally, you will manage several marketing initiatives simultaneously and ensure timely completion of independent tasks, short, and long-term projects. Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, Benefitfocus, this individual will build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization including Marketing, Product, Sales, and Client operations. 
 
Profile Description:  

• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales Enablement personnel to analyze business requirements and develop clear and effective sales & marketing materials. 

• Perform activities involved in the creation and maintenance of marketing toolkits and other marketing assets related to all aspects of the marketing funnel.   

• Assist in the gathering, analysis and dissemination of relevant competitive intelligence for the Marketing team and other internal stakeholders 

• Coordinate assigned shorter term projects and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. 

• Ensure that completed projects/materials are approved according to company processes and guidelines. 

 
Knowledge & Experience: 

• BA or BS or equivalent degree in business, marketing, communication, or related discipline, required. 

• 1-3 years of marketing and/or communications experience, preferred 

• 1-3 years employee benefits administration, healthcare, or related industry experience, preferred
