As the ERP Catalog Manager, you will provide direct leadership and subject matter expertise for all product and catalog operations. You will drive improvements in procurement efficiency, usability, and data governance through collaboration, automation, and analytics. Your work will enable strategic procurement outcomes and measurable business value across the organization.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

  • Continuously rationalize, cleanse, update, and maintain internal and supplier product catalogs in Oracle ERP/SCM.
  • Ensure catalog data quality, compliance, formatting, standardization, and product substitution capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and line-of-business stakeholders to improve systemic throughput and usability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve catalog-related issues while driving workflow improvements and user adoption.
  • Implement and enforce rules for item master data, classifications, pricing, units of measure, and naming conventions.
  • Maintain strict new item setup rules using Oracle Fusion frameworks and commodity structures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to collect, validate, and maintain accurate catalog data.
  • Onboard new and maintain existing supplier catalogs and agreements, and monitor catalog performance and user behavior.
  • Deliver training, reporting, and insights to improve catalog-driven purchasing compliance and reduce maverick spend.
  • Drive cost reduction and revenue enhancement through improved catalog accuracy, usability, and reporting insights.
  • Meet or exceed key KPIs such as Catalog Accuracy Rate, Catalog Update Cycle Time, and Compliance.
  • Create business value through better catalog content, visual aesthetics, and standardized workflows.

In addition to that, we require:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain discipline preferred) or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience with Procurement Catalog / Product Information Systems (PIM) systems and data management.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent content management, data governance and standardization skills.

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:

  • Experience with Oracle procurement systems, e-procurement systems, and 3rd Party Provider (3PP) or hosted punch-out catalog integrations.
