Position Summary

We are looking for an SAP HR project manager located in Poland to join our Polish PMO team and lead corporate projects in a multicultural team. If you have experience in successfully implementing a SAP HCM system, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management and risk mitigation, as well as ensuring that all project deliverables are delivered within scope and schedule, we invite you to join and become an important member of our Team.

 

Your Responsibilities

• Providing professional transformation and digitization project management, setting realistic and achievable goals, timelines and milestones
• Assessing the feasibility of projects, ensuring that they are in line with schedule, quality standards and budget
• Assessing project risk and making appropriate changes to mitigate them
• Collaborating with external suppliers or clients to gather information needed for the project
• Keeping key stakeholders aware of the project status - keeping project documentation and ongoing communication
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of team members by sharing knowledge and information

Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3-5 years in SAP HCM project management in design, implementation, migration
• Strong understanding of SAP HR applications and software architecture
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and on time
• Experience in project management methodologies
• Capturing lessons learned from each project and build improved implementation standards
• PMP or other project management certification
• Local laws and regulations knowledge
• Considered an advantage
• Experience in integrating HR processes within various systems, between system providers
• Experience in the F&A, HR&Payroll industry
• Certificates in the area of HR SuccessFactors

Education & Skills

• Excellent written and spoken skills in Polish, including the ability to convey complex concepts to an audience
• English at a professional level, both spoken and written, German will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple parties (such as partners, team members and other involved vendors) as one team
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field
