A New Drug Application for tenapanor for hyperphosphatemia has been approved in China with Fosun Pharma. Knight Therapeutics commercializes IBSRELA in Canada.
Position Summary: The Senior Compliance Training Manager is responsible for developing and optimizing pharmaceutical compliance training modules and presentations, focusing on health care fraud and abuse, the anti-kickback statute, the PhRMA Code, and federal and state transparency reporting requirements. This role will implement and manage training courses and collateral by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop frequently updated training materials, focused on identified risk areas, and tailored to specific functions and roles within the company. The position will report to the Director, Compliance Counsel. Responsibilities:- Create custom compliance instructional content developed in partnership with subject matter experts across the enterprise
- Review and edit instructional content with a goal of increased effectiveness
- Stay informed about the latest in adult learning strategies, technology, and experiential learning
- Understand key risk areas and draw insights through integration with teammates across Compliance
- Prepare and manage training timelines to ensure timely delivery of training courses or materials
- Assess effectiveness of training programs through metrics and various methods to enhance the overall employee learning experience
- Provide support for general compliance initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 8+ years of compliance or training experience or equivalent experience
- Experience in developing engaging and effective training materials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Collaborative style, with the ability to build and enhance partnership across the organization
