Janitor/Maintenance- RideNow Concord

RideNow Powersports Concord is looking for a reliable and motivated Janitor/Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe movement and organization of units on our lot—so the ability to confidently ride and handle a variety of powersports vehicles is a must!

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment throughout the dealership
• Perform regular bathroom cleaning and maintenance to ensure they’re always stocked, fresh, and spotless
• Wash interior and exterior windows to keep our showroom bright and inviting
• Pick up and tidy the parking lot, removing debris and keeping the grounds presentable
• Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming across all dealership areas
• Keep administrative offices neat, dust‑free, and organized
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the building and dispose of waste properly
• Assist with other general cleaning duties as needed to support daily operations
  

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units (including manual transmission)
  
• Valid driver’s license required, motorcycle endorsement preferred
  
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  
• Strong attention to detail and safety
  
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
  
• Previous lot porter, detailer, or inventory support experience preferred
  
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the shift
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.  
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
