About the Role
The Sr People Analytics & Insights Analyst is focused on providing actionable insights, identifying critical trends, and measuring the effectiveness of our various compensation and HR programs and initiatives. This role primary supports the Total Rewards team but partners with various internal teams and business leaders to ensure insights are available to key stakeholders.
What you will do
- Provide consistent, accurate and robust reporting, in-depth data analysis, and insights to effectively tell the story and identify trends as they relate to our various compensation, benefits, DE&I, recruiting and talent programs.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders and leaders to provide actionable insights that are aligned with evolving organizational priorities.
- Systematically collect, organize, and store data for analysis. Modify and develop new reports as needed to pull the necessary data.
- Continuously evolve and improve our processes around data reporting, delivery methods, and data visuals and storytelling to provide organizational leaders with consistent and meaningful insights about their workforce. Develop key performance indicators to measure against.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful workforce reporting and analytics across compensation, benefits, DE&I, recruiting, and talent programs. Translate complex data into clear narratives that identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and key stakeholders to provide actionable, data-driven insights aligned with evolving business priorities.
- Collect, manage, and maintain workforce data to ensure integrity, consistency, and accessibility. Design, enhance, and automate reports and dashboards to meet emerging business needs.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, data visualization, and delivery methods to enhance clarity, usability, and impact. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure workforce effectiveness and program success.
- Support additional analytical and cross-functional projects as needed to advance HR and organizational initiatives.
- Miscellaneous ad-hoc projects as needed.

Compensation
Salary Range: $96,700 – $161,200 plus eligibility for annual bonus programs

- Professional certifications or designations appropriate and relevant for this role.
- 5-8 years of cumulative, relevant experience.
- Experienced professional with considerable skills and knowledge for the role.
