We are seeking a Financial Analyst & Onsite Lead to support telecommunications invoicing and billing operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily financial processes, managing a small team, and ensuring accuracy in invoicing and reporting. This role requires both hands-on execution and team leadership to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, reconcile, and process invoices for telecommunications services on a daily and monthly basis.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices and escalate issues as necessary.
- Ensure accurate allocation of costs, chargebacks, and adjustments in financial systems.
- Serve as the onsite lead, managing a team responsible for invoicing and financial reporting.
- Train and mentor team members, ensuring compliance with contract and financial policies.
- Oversee workflow, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices, financial reports, and reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with federal financial regulations and contract invoicing requirements.
- Maintain and track financial data for management reporting.
- Provide support for special projects, audits, and operational improvements.
- Act as the point of contact for invoicing-related issues and collaborate with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, invoicing, and billing, preferably in telecommunications billing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
- Experience working with federal or government contract invoicing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in telecommunications invoicing systems, financial reconciliation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with government contract billing, cost allocations, and reporting requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 100% onsite environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
