Job Description:

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Assistant Beverage Manager, the individual serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests throughout the property ensuring a positive guest experience.

Essential Job Functions:
•    Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
•    Take guest orders, serves drinks and collects monies in a courteous and efficient manner. Adhere to cash handling procedures.
•    Ensure guest satisfaction in assigned areas and other areas if necessary.
•    Adhere to state liquor laws and TIPS training guidelines.
•    Keep bar and service area clean, sanitary and organized at all times.
•    Adhere to beverage control procedures.
•    Adhere to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
•    Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
•    Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
•    Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
•    Promote positive guest and team member relations.
•    Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required along with a minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of food or beverage serving experience, preferably high volume or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Additional Requirements:
•    Casino experience preferred. 
•    Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays is required.
•    Must be able to wear a minimum of 1 inch heels for an entire shift (Females Only).


Work Environment:
•    May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
•    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
