Founded in 2017, Lokalise is a cloud-based translation management system that helps businesses streamline their localization processes. It provides a platform for managing translations of software, websites, mobile apps, and other digital content. Overall, Lokalise helps businesses improve their time-to-market, increase translation quality, and reduce costs associated with localization.

 

We need you!

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team and work within a trio of counterparts (Design + EM), leading one of our product teams (squad). 

 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will: 

• Take full end-to-end responsibility for your product
• Deliver value by building products and experiences that our customers love and are aligned with our company strategy
• Establish a long-term vision and prioritized roadmap, and deliver on them
• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that solutions address the long-term needs of the business
• Define key business goals, KPIs, and success metrics, track them, and improve upon them
• Write comprehensive product briefs and product requirements documents (PRDs) to align with the organization on opportunities and with the team on the approach to tackling those opportunities 
• Regularly liaise with your stakeholders to understand their pain points and needs
• Deliver great products flawlessly, while raising the bar on quality, functionality, and usability
• Actively coach and mentor other team members and direct reports
• Ensure alignment across departments and teams

 

You must have:

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Profound knowledge of Agile methodologies. You should be able to adapt and drive different approaches and ways of working with the team depending on the particular needs of a specific moment 
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and quantify their business impacts
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate complex issues and develop clear approaches to solving them, with a high level of user empathy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with various levels of stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual members
• Team player abilities with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Experience managing and coaching different levels of product managers
• Strong organizational and dependency management skills, ensuring that projects are completed in an appropriate and timely manner
