Senior Associate - Unqork Software Engineer

 

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week 

 

 

In this role, you will configure, customize, and deploy applications on the Unqork platform to meet complex business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor others while driving platform best practices.

What You'll Do:
• Design, configure, and deploy moderate-to-complex Unqork applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects to define solution requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Create scalable modular solutions using Unqork’s reusable components, rules engines, and dynamic workflows.
• Implement integrations using RESTful APIs, OAuth, and other service connectors in line with enterprise integration strategies.
• Optimize configurations for performance, maintainability, and extensibility, leverage version control and pipelines.
• Mentor and support other Unqork developers in applying platform standards and development best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and documentation to ensure quality delivery.
• Ensure all configurations meet enterprise security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Stay current with Unqork platform updates and broader no-code trends; recommend platform enhancements and improvements.
• Participate in technical design sessions, architecture forums, and solution planning.

What You'll Bring:
• 5+ years of application development or solution design experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Unqork, including configuration of complex workflows, integrations, and reusable components.
• Unqork Certification (Associate or Professional).
• Experience implementing solutions in regulated industries (insurance, financial services, healthcare, etc.).
• Familiarity with canonical data models (CDM) and integration with internal / external systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in version control (e.g., Git, DevOps) and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and architecture principles (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of security and compliance standards in insurance or financial services industries.
• Exposure to other no-code or low-code platforms (e.g., Pega, Appian, PowerApps).

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $95,000-$162,500 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
