Your Key Responsibilities

As a general operative you will:

• Prepare, manufacture, and pack food products in line with company specifications and standards
• Follow health and safety practices to work safely and responsibly at all times
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Clean equipment and workspaces before and during production, following the ‘Clean As You Go’ policy
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily targets while maintaining product quality
• Operate machinery as trained, supporting production flow across various areas as needed
• Report any hazards, defects, or near misses to the Line Optimiser promptly
• Ensure accurate labelling for traceability and complete all necessary paperwork and monitoring checks
• Follow procedures for machine changeovers and escalate any issues that may impact production
• Comply with Hellenic Systems protocols and participate in continuous improvement efforts
