Sr. Director, SCM Solution Architect

Position Summary:

Lead and deliver on end-to-end function solutions with a strong vision for managing the SAP architecture, design, and governance in and around the space of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Operations. Lead efforts to drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation technologies throughout the organization, working extensively with internal business leaders, IT, and external partners to improve employee productivity and meet the extremely complex demands of our global supply chain. Be a subject matter expert providing insight and support on global, cross-functional, or regional initiatives. Responsible for leading Digital Transformation around SCM System example - SAP IBP, APO, QM & Manufacturing Systems.

Essential Job Functions:

• Modernize SAP delivery and build leading practices for SAP Technology team.
• Provide technology leadership and expertise to evaluate appropriate solutions and for software evaluations.
• Build and lead a global SAP technology team comprising SAP IBP, GATP, QM, and Integrated ECC systems under the space of planning.
• Oversee the strategic planning, development, and implementation of SAP SCM applications to support business objectives
• Deliver on large scale SAP transformational projects partnering with cross functional teams and adhering to the project timelines.
• Identify inefficient business processes and systems across supply chain and automate using digital solutions. Analyze business requirements, prioritize based on solution cost/benefit analysis, present to leadership, and lead successful implementation roadmap.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to delivery best in class solution that fit's and enables business requirements.
• Be an active member of the IT leadership team within the organization. Ensure that digital transformation roadmaps and strategies align with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
• Partner closely with end-to-end solution verticals to understand requirements and ensure no business risk, quality and deliver the project on budget and timeline.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or technical degree or equivalent experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in working with SAP ECC, IBP, APO, QM, PP & S/4 Components preferred.
• More than 7 years of experience in working with or in an IT business applications organization preferred.
• Experience with SAP IBP, CPI, BTP, ECC, S4, and Cloud Integration skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as strategic planner in change management.

Base Salary Range:  $163,330 - $217,770
