Financial Planning Analyst (Associate or Experienced)

The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning Analyst (Associate or Experienced) out of Everett, WA to join our team. This analyst will support the 767 freighter and the 767-2C program. The candidate will be responsible for labor forecasting and will play a crucial role in developing the quarterly EAC.
Position Responsibilities:
Support the financial planning efforts for the 767 freighter and 767-2C program
Develop and maintain labor forecasts quarterly and produce weekly performance reports to support program leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with Industrial Engineering (IE) and manufacturing teams to gather relevant data and insights
Compile and analyze data to present findings and insights to the leadership team for enhanced decision-making
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
1+ years of experience supporting financial planning and analysis, financial operations, or related finance groups
Experience interpreting complex data sets with some exposure to labor forecasting
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial impacts of operational metrics to leaders at different levels
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and adaptable with the ability to be agile in a dynamic environment
Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Associate (Level 2) Summary Pay Range: $68,850 - $93,150
Experienced (Level 3) Summary Pay Range: $85,000 - $115,000
