Client Summary: U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Acquisition Support & Systems Engineering Policy (CG-SID-9), Headquarters – Washington, DC. Work is primarily onsite at USCG HQ with a minimum of two (2) days onsite per week; onsite requirement may increase at Government discretion. All positions require the ability to obtain a favorable suitability decision.  

If selected for a contingent employment offer, the applicant will be required to participate in one (1) in‑person presentation at U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters (USCG HQ) in Washington, DC, in support of our proposal submission to answer client questions individually and as a part of the team. This onsite presentation is mandatory for contingent hires and will be scheduled and coordinated in advance.

Position Summary:
Advises on cybersecurity/program protection policy integration across acquisition lifecycle; drafts/updates policy and templates.

Primary Responsibilities • Provide advisory support and policy development aligned to DHS/DoD cybersecurity policies.

Minimum Qualifications • Master’s + 6 years (5 years PM/APM) OR Bachelor’s + 8 years (5 years PM/APM) in cybersecurity, systems security, or related field.• Experience with program protection planning and evidence-based security claims.• Strong communication skills; stakeholder engagement across senior audiences.
Other Requirements • Onsite: Minimum 2 days/week at USCG HQ; may increase.• Clearance/Badging: Favorable suitability and CAC

Compensation: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
