Our Team

With a focus on internship, new grads, and alternative experiences, the Early in Career Recruiting team plays a significant role in ServiceNow’s overall hiring strategy. We are passionate about hiring this talent to ignite our innovative and diverse ideas, and this role will support ServiceNow’s campus recruiting, event, and summer program strategy across all our businesses.

This Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to help us deploy high-touch, impactful, and consistent candidate experiences. You’ll deepen pre-existing project management skills, while learning under the guidance of our Engagement and Enablement Leads. You have high-energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while also being passionate about partnering with cross-functional teams. You will help us build a strong brand and attract top talent. If you've helped to build programs while also managing smaller projects on the side, then we'd love to connect with you!

What you get to do in this role:

  • Support the design and delivery of our Early in Career onboarding experience.
  • Partner with departments across ServiceNow to deliver Early in Career programs.
  • Develop, monitor, and measure KPIs/success metrics from our fall & spring recruiting efforts, and from our summer program.
  • Support our efforts in building strong relationships with campuses, military, and diverse communities! 

In order to be considered, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree, military experience, or equivalent experience (aka, you started and successfully completed a merit and achievement-based commitment)
  • 1-2 years’ experience as a part of a university recruiting function that managed high-volume, seasonal hiring (200+ summer interns or more)
  • Strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, while contributing to larger programmatic initiatives
  • Able to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to groups at varying levels

In order to be successful, you must be

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A self-motivated and a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment who can prioritize and pivot accordingly to the current work demands
  • Flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, ability to embrace change with a creative eye
  • Passionate for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience

Qualifications

In order to be considered, you must have:
