SOFTONE cosmoONE is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our talented team.

Your Role:

The candidate will be a member of the Operations department and will actively participate in customer support and training matters, application configuration, and software testing based on specific processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Customer support and management of requests and complaints on cosmoONE applications (via phone, live chat, customer request management system, or remote access) in both Greek and English languages
• Customer training and preparation of educational material in both Greek and English languages
• Configuration of electronic auctions and other applications
• Software testing (testing)

Your Superpower

• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in customer service via telephone
• A degree in Computer Science or a Technical field will be considered an additional qualification.
• Excellent command of the English language, both orally and in writing (C2 Level)
• Proficiency in technology and excellent use of computers in Windows 10/11 environments, particularly in handling browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge)
• Good knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Excel using functions, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Certification in Office applications will be appreciated
• Good communication with corporate and internal clients, empathy, and customer-centric perception.
• Ability to diagnose, analyze, and solve problems.
• Team spirit and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and the ability to learn quickly.
• Organizational skills, methodical approach, consistency, and a sense of responsibility in managing sensitive information.
• Ability to program, manage time, and work under pressure.
• Ability to travel within Greece and abroad
• Completed military obligations (for male candidates)

Nice to have

• Experience in customer training
• Knowledge of applications such as Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or Active Presenter and experience in eLearning creation
• Experience in software testing. Certification in software testing will be considered an additional qualification
• Experience in cosmoONE applications: sourceONE & auctionONE
• Experience in procurement competitions
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of SQL
