We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Lead Concierge Event Planner on the Concierge events team in Irvine, CA. This role currently operates out of Irvine, CA, but will be relocating to the Franklin, TN office in summer 2026.
This position is responsible for the research, planning, and execution of Personal, Corporate, and Philanthropic travel and events for In-N-Out Burger's Owner and Family. This associate will report to the Concierge Manager, and will serve as a leader within the team in overseeing Personal event responsibilities.
General Responsibilities• Leadership and Supervisory responsibilities - This position will lead team, train, plan events, and help develop a high-performing Concierge events team• Focus on Personal Event responsibilities, and creating once in a lifetime and memorable experiences for In-N-Out Burger’s owner and family• Oversee a team of Event Planners; Responsible for daily team operations, provide feedback, training, and performance evaluations• Cultivate a culture of quality and consistency through effective leadership and team development initiatives (e.g. regular 1-on-1s, mid-year reviews, and performance management)• Responsible for events team development and check-ins; Set personal Associate goals and team goals • Foster culture of “Yes” in exceeding In-N-Out Burger’s standards for all drivers (budget, expenses, communication, experience)• Create team specific documents and tools, maintain confidentiality, foster a positive and engaging team and work environment• Partner with Concierge events Manager in providing strategic leadership and direction for a high-performing concierge events team• Oversee the planning and execution of events within the team’s scope, manage the planner/event calendar, and implement robust quality control procedures to maintain consistent standards across events• Support the Concierge Manager by clearly communicating goals, holding the events team accountable for achieving timelines and budget targets• Maintain regular communication with internal leaders, ensuring events are effectively designed and executed to support their specific needs and objectives, all in alignment with departmental goals• Provide concierge, white glove level service in planning and on-site/off-site execution• Research and coordinate travel arrangements ensuring that reservations for air travel, car rentals, and overnight accommodations are accurate and that itineraries and instructions are communicated in a timely manner.• Work with the Concierge events team to plan 50+ events per year
