Description
Metropolitan Companies is looking for an Assistant Land Development Manager to join our team! The Jr. Site Manager is responsible for supervising all activities of site construction and Preconstruction on Single Family neighborhoods and Multi-Family Apartment developments. - Assist in the supervision of all site construction from Preconstruction through Final Dedication on Single Family neighborhoods.
- Preconstruction on Multi-Family Apartment developments.
- Meet with required township officials and inspectors throughout the permit and site construction phase.
- Perform routine site inspections for active construction projects.
- Assist in the project bids and budget preparation.
- Act as the liaison between the builder and Development team.
- Work with HOA Management company to Fulfill Declarant HOA responsibilities in all active communities through transition to the community board.
- Coordinate all NPDES Permit Management and compliance.
- Assist Site Development Manager on managing and reporting on project status utilizing internal management/financial schedules and tools.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Competencies- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor degree preferred
- 2 years previous experience in project management, supervision on sites
- Flexibility in schedule as needed
