Automotive Retail Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers. You'll contribute to driving sales and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. We are looking for someone with a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.

 

What You'll Do

• Develop lasting customer relationships by understanding customers' needs and provide Belle Tire solutions according to their needs
• Follow Belle Tire's Sales Process
• Manage a cash drawer; process customer payments and maintain daily cash reconciliation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

 

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Customer-first mindset and ability to communicate clearly and professionally

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a retail and/or automotive service environment

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds

 

Work Environment

This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.

Compensation

$15 - $18 / hour plus commission
