Who we are looking for:
The Business Intelligence Analyst II, located in Buffalo, NY, will play a critical role in helping ACV achieve operational and service excellence. This role will report directly to the Business Intelligence Manager and will be on a team that is at the forefront of driving high-impact and decision-influencing insights to various levels of senior leadership. Core mission includes (but is not limited to):

Structuring Execution. Support OKR, QBR, and business deep dive exercises.

A multi-faceted problem solver, this role is at the forefront of understanding how various operations teams will navigate ACV’s rapidly growing business portfolio; bringing a zero-ego appetite for value-add change.
What you will do:
• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Deliver ad hoc analytics on a routine basis as a mechanism for refining insights, identifying patterns, and pressure testing decision assumptions.
• Build standardized reports and dashboards in Tableau for use by operational leadership.
• Track and monitor operational KPIs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, proactively escalating trends, and conducting deep dive exercises as requested
• Organize analytical material in preparation for OKR program readouts and QBRs.
• Support efforts to document business processes, inventory key data elements, and align how we measure what matters.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you will need:
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years’ relevant progressive experience, preferably in a start-up and/or public company.
• 2+ years’ experience in an analytic or business intelligence role.
• Strong experience with excel and/or google sheets
• Strong experience running queries; experience with MySQL a plus.
• Strong experience with exploratory data analysis and demonstrated ability to effectively summarize insights into actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Experience with data visualization / dashboarding tools like Tableau
• Highly organized, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks on time sensitive schedul
