The Role:

The Cybersecurity IAM Audit Response Coordinator manages Identity and Access Management (IAM) relationships ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting due diligence, and facilitating the Audit coordination between subject matter expects and our Auditors. This role will partner with Identity and Access Management, Information Security Administrators, Application owners, and Engineering teams daily to coordinate responses for Internal, External, and Regulatory Exams. Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills are essential to success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for supporting multiple subject matter expert (SME) relationships within Citi's Cloud Technology Services Identity and Access Management Team
• Maintain appropriately balanced priorities in consistent alignment to business strategy, priorities, regulatory requirements and timelines
• Communicate to all levels including peers, senior management, executive leadership, external third party, and numerous groups involved in the Audit processes
• Interface with our Internal Auditors and our KPMG Auditors to ensure clear understanding of Control Objectives and scope of audit
• Function as an expert in reviewing and approving evidence prior to delivery to Internal, External and Regulatory Audit Agencies
• Assume informal/formal mentorship role within teams and assist with the coaching and training of new team members
• Facilitate consistent adoption and support of changes to systems and requirements
• Operate with a Compliance and Risk Management mindset
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as compliance, Information Security and risk to ensure Identity and Access Management controls and processes meet regulatory and internal policy requirements

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Information Security with at least 2 years' experience in Audit management
• Advanced proficiency with all MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Consistently clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven influencing and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership
• Proven analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be a motivated self-starter with strong presentation and communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from more senior team members
