We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinical Educator to join our Mass General Brigham Medical Group team. In this role, you will provide education and training support to clinical staff members, including but not limited to nurses, medical assistants, orthopedic technicians, athletic trainers, and phlebotomists. You will also collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of 15 educators and partner with operations and ancillary departments to standardize training, implement best practices, and deliver equitable support across all Medical Group regions.
This highly visible and autonomous role positions you as a trusted resource within the practices, rounding with both new and experienced staff, observing workflows, and developing targeted education based on real-time needs.
