About the job
JMP is hiring a Field Marketing Manager, Americas. This individual will report directly to the VP of Sales, Americas. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of field marketing specialists to deliver integrated, data-driven campaigns that fuel account expansion and customer growth across the Americas. You’ll partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure the field has high-quality leads, compelling tools, and impactful programs that drive engagement and measurable revenue growth.
You’ll design and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans that blend digital, content, events, social media, and account-based marketing strategies. You’ll also localize and extend global programs for regional relevance, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and engage with third-party organizations to expand JMP’s brand presence.
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership — empowering others, modeling accountability, and fostering collaboration across marketing, sales, and product teams.

Strategic LeadershipDevelop the regional field marketing strategy in alignment with JMP’s global priorities. Set clear goals, coach your team to execute with excellence, and measure impact through data-driven results.
Campaign Design & ExecutionLead the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth — including lead generation, account-based marketing, and retention programs.
Sales PartnershipCollaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing priorities with pipeline needs, translate insights into targeted initiatives, and ensure message consistency at every stage of the customer journey.
Operational ExcellenceLeverage marketing technologies, automation, and analytics to streamline execution, monitor performance, and continuously optimize for ROI.
Team Development:Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of field marketing specialists. Foster curiosity, creativity, and accountability while promoting professional growth and collaboration.
Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with other regional and global marketing managers to share best practices, align strategies, and deliver cohesive global campaigns with regional resonance.
Event and Program ManagementOversee logistics and delivery of virtual and in-person events, ensuring a consistent brand experience that advances account engagement and expansion.
Budget & Resource ManagementManage the regional marketing budget effectively, balancing priorities and investing where the greatest growth opportunities exist.
Measurement & OptimizationDefine KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution; use analytics and attribution to drive continuous improvement.
Representation & Advocacy
Communicate program strategy, results, and insights across leadership levels — acting as the voice of the Americas field marketing team and championing innovation and collaboration.
Other knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred, such as an MBA
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing concepts including content management, digital marketing, social media, alliances, virtual events and email strategies
- Extensive experience in lead nurturing and account expansion/account-based marketing
- Experience in customer care, customer loyalty, business development and/or sales within the technology industry
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to understand and translate technical information for internal and external audiences
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, facilitation, and creative problem-solving skills
