Senior Business Analyst

This is a remote position.

As a Senior Business Analyst in the Energy AI and Data industry, you will play a pivotal role in identifying solutions that leverage data-driven insights and artificial intelligence. This will lead to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation within the energy sector. This role requires a deep understanding of both business operations and technological solutions, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
  
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI, data analytics, and process automation.
  
• Identify opportunities for AI and process automation within the energy sector.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-enabled solutions.
  
• Monitor and optimize implemented solutions to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges.
  
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  
• Elicit and document business processes, requirements, and specifications.
  
• Create user manuals and training materials for new systems and processes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a technical outsourcing or software development environment.
  
• Familiarity with energy industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  
• High-level understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics capabilities are a plus.
  
• Leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
