Job Description

The TransFund Technical Project Manager is primarily responsible for primarily responsible for overseeing our fleet of ATMs and directing and providing service relating to ATMs for all TransFund clients. This includes overseeing the operational team and inbound phone lines covering ATM support for activation onto the network and then ongoing support for existing ATMs. The position is expected to provide both technical and operational support for clients with a high level of customer service.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will determine work priorities and scheduling, and you will be responsible for all staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• You will manage the business relationships with Mellon NSD including contractual obligations, costs, technical services, and general vendor relations for TransFund.
• You will coordinate all ATM installation tasks with TransFund and participant institutions, ATM vendors, etc.
• You will provide technical assistance, support, and consulting to TransFund customers regarding ATMs, network switching, and data transmissions.
• You will maintain and manage TransFund business resumption plan to ensure TransFund plan is current, including keeping the corporate plan updated.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business related field and 7-8 years’ experience in electronic fund transfer related systems/processing industry or equivalent experience or 13-14 years’ work experience in a closely related environment.

• In depth knowledge of telecommunications, electronics, ATM Devices, network platforms and supporting systemsAdvanced knowledge of on-line transaction processing: EFT systems/back-end links, intercept processors
• Thorough knowledge of electronics, communications, video systems, and computers
• Advanced knowledge of vendor contract development and negotiation
• Advanced knowledge of banking, EFT, and credit cards
