About the role:

As a DevOps team member, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for ensuring that our data-intensive infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and high-performing to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

Join us remotely, you can be located anywhere around the CET time zone, as our work is 100% online. The position is full-time.

In this role, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure within GCP and GKE, focusing on high and low-level performance optimization with security, availability, and reliability at the core
Collaborate with developers to organize CI/CD practices and provide ongoing support throughout the software development lifecycle
Create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions
Research and explore emerging solutions in the market for potential adoption
Build and maintain automation tools to streamline software development processes at all stages
Balance security requirements with team flexibility and collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams
Participate in daily stand-ups and planning meetings

What we expect from you:

7+ years in technology, with at least 3+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role in FinTech business domain
Strong experience in managing platforms autonomously, with a focus on risk assessment and decision-making
Proficient in at least one programming or scripting language (Bash, Python, GoLang)
Proficient in scalable, high-efficiency systems and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus), preferably with multi-region deployment experience
Hands-on experience with Linux administration (Debian/Ubuntu) and containerization (Docker)
Expertise in CI/CD systems, version control, Kubernetes, and Helm
Experience with public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform)
Experience in configuring and using service mesh solution
Familiar with networking (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, HTTP(s), DNS, SSH, TCP/IP)
Proficient in English (B2+ level)
