This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work closely with business leaders, end users, Information Systems teams, and vendors while taking ownership of key applications and projects that support our continued growth and success.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user support and system-related issues.
- Lead projects and initiatives involving business applications and operational systems.
- Coordinate and assist with system upgrades, integrations, and technical enhancements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency.
- Configure system settings, perform testing, and assist with implementation activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Collaborate with Information Systems, vendors, and business leaders to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Develop and oversee end-user training, documentation, and communication plans.
- Monitor system performance and ensure consistency across all operational sites.
- Act as a liaison between application vendors and organizational stakeholders.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel.
- Availability to support varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call needs as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive IT or systems-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting business applications, systems administration, or enterprise software solutions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of leadership and provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, or business process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of application integrations and enterprise systems.
- Experience providing end-user training and support.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
