RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as the primary interface for Government IT leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholder objectives.
  • Plans, organizes, controls, and staffs all technical, administrative, financial, contractual, and personnel actions as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
  • Ensures all work is executed in accordance with PWS requirements, and within the contract’s funding, timing, and staffing constraints.
  • Works closely with Technical Contracting Officer’s Representative (TCOR)-specified personnel to facilitate timely planning and achievement of critical objectives.
  • Provides timely and accurate information to TCOR-specified personnel regarding the status and completion of tasks identified in the PWS.
  • Ensures all required contractor personnel are in compliance with DoD 8140 throughout the duration of the contract.
  • Attends all formal project reviews and periodic progress meetings as scheduled by the Contracting Officer, COR, and customer.
  • Identifies, pursues, and captures new business opportunities within the area of operations. Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including government and industry partners, to expand the company’s presence and influence.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) networking
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of technical project management experience
  • IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA, or equivalent)
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance
