Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Night Shift - Inpatient Nursing (Full-Time)

Boone Memorial Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our inpatient nursing team full-time on the night shift. CNAs are a vital part of our healthcare team, providing hands-on support to patients and assisting nursing staff to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate care during evening and overnight hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current West Virginia CNA certification in good standing

• Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and safe patient care

• Reliability and flexibility to work overnight hours and meet patient care needs

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility

• Take and record vital signs, height, and weight

• Assist nursing staff with procedures and treatments

• Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly report to the nurse

• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment

• Provide emotional support to patients and their families

• Ensure patient privacy and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards
