Job Description
What You’ll Do
Sia Partners' Senior Managers (SM) are critical leaders who drive the success and shape of our firm. They are integral in Sales, Account Management & Client Delivery, and Governance.
As a primary driver of new business sales and revenue generation, SMs use their extensive network of connections to acquire new clients and grow the firm. They also have the ability to expand their network to strengthen current relationships and cultivate new ones.
The ideal candidate will lead sales and delivery engagement with existing clients and identify new opportunities within their network of relationships. SMs will also be expected to lead commercial proposals within their Business Unit, supported by team members. They serve as the main point of contact to provide industry guidance, strategic direction, and implement best practices for the organization.
Responsibilities
Sales, Business Development, and Intellectual Property
- Actively engaged in creating awareness, building brand, increasing reputational capital of Sia Partners
- Actively contributes to best practices' sharing and to the transfer of knowledge and consulting competencies
- Lead writing business proposals
- Represents and commands an understanding of all business units capabilities in Hub and solution catalog of Sia Partners
- Is actively engaged in GTM, Market facing and origination
- Utilize existing network and cultivate new relationships to generate new sales for the firm
- Establish oneself as a client partner across multiple levels of seniority
- Develop exceptional trusted advisor relationships with clients by providing strategic guidance and implementation of best practices
- Create innovative intellectual capital through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and PR opportunities
- Manage a minimum of $1.5M in revenue and originate $800K of new revenue
- Identify opportunities for new business and support bid teams with proposals
Account Management & Client Delivery
- Act as day-to-day leadership for client projects and aspects of client relationships and commercial processes within those relationships
- Supervises several projects and manages a program; gives support to managers on complex issues or in difficult situations
- Lead successful teams and provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members
- Manage team resources to ensure delivery is provided on time
- Be a doer and not afraid of getting "in the weeds" to deliver high-quality work for clients
- Manage portfolio of work from small to large projects, developing and maintaining trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
- Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
- Lead and manage complex programs and firm building activities
