The Columbus School of Medical Massage is seeking a dedicated Director of Student Services & Placement to lead our efforts in providing exceptional support to our students. This leadership role involves implementing services that enhance student success and career placement. The ideal candidate will possess a background in administration, student services, career placement, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance student services programs to ensure effective support for all students.
• Develop strategic partnerships with employers to facilitate job placements for students.
• Implement assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of student services and placement programs.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align student services with educational goals and student needs.
• Address student concerns and work to address issues related to student success and retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leadership within a student services environment.
• Strong understanding of career services and job placement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage students and stakeholders.
