Job Summary
We are looking for a temporary per-diem Drug Screening Collector to support our client site in Avila Beach, CA.
This position is scheduled to run from September - October.
This position is responsible for collecting biological samples for testing and following site procedures and guidelines including HIPAA laws, regulations and guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oral fluid, hair follicle, urine drug and breath alcohol collection.
- Must be available to work one day per week onsite and be in an on-call rotation 24/7/365 with other staff.
- Ability to report to the facility within one hour of being requested to come in
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) OR
- One to three years’ related experience and/or training OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience

Computer Skills
- Proficient in Windows operating system environment, Adobe Professional, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and learn other software as needed
Physical Demands
- Requires sitting for long periods of time, working at a desk.
- Some bending and stretching could be required.
- Working under stress and use of computer/phone required.
- Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard.
- Occasionally may be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and/or crouch.
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds and climb stairs.
- Ability to kneel for extended periods of time while rendering emergency care and/or CPR
Work Environment
- Mainly indoor, office environment conditions.
- The noise level is usually moderate.
