Rehab Director - Occupational Therapist - OT - OTR - OTA - COTA SPLIT

A full-time split REHAB DIRECTOR (Occupational Therapist / OT or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA) position is now available splitting between our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments located in S. Natick & Wayland, MA.  Facilities are 5 minutes apartment. Will not travel between the two locations on a daily basis.

  Qualifications A successful Rehab Director will:

• Ensure efficient and effective operations 
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide occupational therapy services as needed.
• Be a licensed physical therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.
