Reports to: General/Sales Manager

Salary: $54,000 - $79,000/annually

Compensation Structure 

• 30% commission (after pack) up to $4,000 per unit sold. 
• $500 minimum commission when you attain 10 sales in a given month, retroactive to the first unit sold 
• Other spiffs and bonuses are available as dictated by management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Handle inbound leads from top providers, ensuring timely follow-up and appointment scheduling.
• Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Product Knowledge: Be the expert on our vehicles—know the details, features, and latest technology to assist customers.
• Sales Process: Provide customers with detailed information, answer questions, and offer additional photos or details as needed.
• Follow-Up & Engagement: Maintain customer interest by sending regular promotional emails and staying in touch.
• Negotiation & Closing: Align customer needs with the right vehicle and financing options, and close the sale.
• Sales Maximization: Track leads to ensure the highest level of sales and resource effectiveness.
• Record Keeping: Submit accurate and complete records for both the dealership and the customer.
• Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks while meeting and exceeding deadlines.

Larson Automotive Group offers a comprehensive group medical insurance plan to all hired full-time applicants that start the first of the month following the completion of continuous 60 of employment. We offer 4 plans to help employees access the best plan that fits their budget and needs. One plan is zero cost to the employee. Employees must maintain no less than 32 hours per week to be considered ‘full-time’ for benefits.
