Key Account Manager Social/Canteens

The purpose of this role is to be a driving force in the UFS organization.</p><p></p><p>Food Solutions Chefs have a 4-fold mission in which they to apply deep chef expertise to bring solutions to operators and drive business growth &amp; efficiency:</p><p></p><ul><li>Creating and activating solutions for operators by visits, demonstrations (in customer location or in UFS Kitchen), and kitchen training, while building impactful Chef to Chef relationships.</li><li>Inspiring and demonstrating solutions to operators.</li><li>Developing winning dish solutions in close cooperation with channel marketing.</li><li>Building UFS reputation in the FS market as a leader in operator solutions.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p><b>Job Duties</b></p><ul><li><p>Win new accounts and retain top customers in public sector and canteens. Stay relevant to their needs.</p></li><li>Keep track of new tenders and securing UFS’s products through dialogue with wholesalers.</li><li>Yearly negotiations of customer contracts and securing counterparts on behalf of Unilever.</li><li>Weekly customer visits: need based selling, culinary consulting (cooking techniques, menu revision, recipes, kitchen economy).</li><li>Planning and executing trade fairs and customer workshops (inspiration days in UFS or customer kitchen).<br/> </li></ul><p><b>KPI’s:</b></p><ul><li>Country target reach - turnover &amp; top 10 volume growth</li><li>Reach &amp; penetration in new tenders</li><li># customer visits, workshops &amp; trade fairs – own and together with district managers<br/> </li></ul><p><b>Key External Interfaces</b></p><p>Customer decision makers, Operator Chefs &amp; Culinary teams, Tender managers &amp; local wholesalers.</p><p></p><p><b>Key internal interfaces:</b></p><p>Country Manager (line manager); Channel Marketing, KAM, Demand Creating Chefs and district managers.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><span><b><span>REQUIREMENTS FOR</span></b></span><span><b><span> </span></b></span><span><b><span>WORK</span></b></span><span><b><span> </span></b></span><span><b><span>EXPERIENCE</span></b></span></p><ul><li>Educated chef</li><li>A demonstrable customer focused approach</li><li>Positive, can-do attitude</li><li>Proactive, creative and accountable</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>KEY SKILLS (INCL.
