The Technical Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting users with technical issues related to the Regulatory & Compliance suite of products. Their responsibilities typically include:

• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical problems reported by users.

• Support: Guiding various communication channels, such as phone, email, or chat.

• Documentation: Maintaining records of issues and solutions to enhance future support.

• Collaboration: Working with other internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Training: Educating users on software features and best practices to prevent future issues.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $ 61,846.00 to $110,130.25 . Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of API architecture

• Strong client-facing and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or corresponding experience

• Experience in financial services technology
