SAP HCM Configurer (Remote)

Overview

• Tier One Technologies has an immediate need for an SAP HCM Configurer for our US Government client.
• This will be a 100% remote Contract-to-Hire position.
• SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis, requirements, definition and SAP module configuration and testing.
• Develop functional requirements specifications, data mappings, function mapping, setting of configuration tables and setting of transaction/control tables.
• Coordinate projects across different organizations.
• Manage development projects from initial conception to production.

Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited College/University in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline is preferred.
• 10+ years of Software Development/Architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge in SAP HCM HR modules including OM/PA, eCareer, EHS ect.
• Possess exceptional and/or highly specialized Enterprise Architecture qualifications/expertise.
• Strong understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for the business functions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and management tools such as VersionOne.
• Knowledge of and experience in an IT Service management System (preferably ServiceNow).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, criminal history, and credit checks.
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen or have permanent residence status (Green Card).
• Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
• Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
