The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

3What Is the Opportunity?
At Travelers, Corporate Security is essential in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets while aligning with the company's overall mission and strategic objectives. As a Manager, Regional Security, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing security programs across multiple locations within your assigned region. You will support security initiatives, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and assist in developing proactive strategies to mitigate potential threats. This position requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, federal/state/local law enforcement agencies, and external security partners to ensure a robust and responsive security framework.What Will You Do?
- Assist and support Corporate Security with providing excellent security services and commitment to protecting people and property.
- Visit field offices quarterly within assigned Region to meet with Resident Manager and Site Leadership.
- Visit field offices during Executive visits and Travelers sponsored events to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Develop, implement, and manage regional security plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of company assets, employees, and customers.
- Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending corrective actions and mitigation strategies.
- Support Workplace Safety, Security, and Investigations department. Conduct investigations into security incidents, breaches, and threats. Coordinate with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies as necessary.
- Support the operational response team with crisis response efforts, ensuring rapid and effective reaction to security incidents.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with federal, state, and local law enforcement and emergency response agencies to enhance security measures and response capabilities.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support Risk Intelligence with monitoring and analyzing security trends, threats, and regulatory changes to adapt security strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present reports on security incidents, trends, and the effectiveness of security measures to senior management.
- Support corporate security systems with the implementation and maintenance of security technology and systems within the region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements related to security and investigations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Law Enforcement, Security or related field.
- 7+ years of experience with a major law enforcement, intelligence, public or private sector security organization.
- Experience in security operations and investigations.
- Experience collaborating with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess security risks and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and guide employees.
- Knowledge of security technologies and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and projects.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
