Some details: - Full-time position, an average of 5 days/36 -40hours per week. - increases over time. - Medical Health Ins. Applicable after 3 months - 401K after 1 year (w/ matching) - Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays- After 1 year - Earned Bonus

Responsible for:

• Answering phones-fielding patient requests and scheduling appointments.
• Collection of Payments/copays
• Review and/or update patient insurance/demographic information.
• Patient check-in & check-out
• Settling the Daily Deposits
• Filing etc.

Requirements:

• Must have very pleasant personality, professional manners
• Warm, engaging, and professional demeanor both in person and on the phone
• Great phone skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Must be capable to multitask in a fast paced work environment.
• 2 weeknights and Saturdays may be required.
