What You'll do:
Develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath
Lead development efforts of multiple RPA solution processes and participate in reviews, recommending improvements leading to greater reliability and customer satisfaction
Actively engage and collaborate with customers to turn their business objectives into actionable project plans
Ensure that best practices are followed during design, development, and delivery of automation projects
Define the overall solution architecture, focusing on the big picture and how different components integrate.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to development team, helping them understand the architecture and ensure they build the solution according to the plan
Design solutions that can handle current and future demands, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and efficient.
Ensure that the software development process complies with the selected architecture and design principles.
Use diagrams and visual tools to represent the architecture and facilitate communication,
Keep the management informed on the state of the information security program
Any other tasks as required / tasked by the management team
Required Qualifications:
Active Top-Secret Clearance with eligibly to hold SCI
On-site in National Capital Region with customer 4-5 days a week. (multiple locations within DMV)
10+ years’ experience with escalating responsibilities working with customers to analyze and develop requirements
Experience leading a functional team and interfacing with customers
Direct experience working with RPA developers to build, deploy, and manage automations in a production environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated knowledge of complete project life cycle, from design to delivery, using Agile methodologies
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Federal RPA implementations using UiPath, Blue Prism, Automate, Celonis or Power Automate
Experience leading UiPath automation team
Experience with UiPath AI Center, ML Skill setup and deployment, and Document Understanding
Thorough understanding of UiPath Platform including Studio, Orchestrator, and Automation Cloud
