Compensation includes a base salary of $59,600.00 - $89,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

At Manheim (a Cox Automotive company), we give a variety of vehicles a second life. We’re looking for a Supervisor, Body Shop to help keep the process as well-oiled as the vehicles we restore. In this role, you’ll assist the shop manager in overseeing daily operations.  Are you at your best while bringing the best out in others? If so, we may have a place for you!

What You’ll Do 

 

  • Supervising the inspection of vehicles.   

  • Managing the workflow and activities of the shop employees to ensure that all vehicles are completed in a timely manner.   

  • Ensuring employees have the proper equipment and are properly trained.   

  • Communicating and resolving reconditioning goals, results, and problems with the operations manager.   

  • Assisting manager in monitoring and evaluating employee job performance and conducting performance appraisals.   

  • Using management tools to track production and post charges.   

  • Leading by example and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect.
